- ➤ Plainfield will host a Paddy Day Mile Run and Irish Parade in downtown Plainfield on Sunday. The run starts at 12:25 p.m. and the parade will begin at 1 p.m.—downtown streets will be closed and parking limited until about 3 p.m.—as announced by the Plainfield Police Department. Herald-News

- ➤ Ancient Aliens Live will take place at the Rialto Square Theatre on March 27 - the 90-minute event features stars from the hit series who will lead interactive discussions on theories about extraterrestrials and offer VIP meet-and-greet opportunities.
