District 308 will raise school meal fees for the new school year starting Aug.20 to cover rising food, labor, and operating costs, with elementary breakfast at $1.75 and lunch at $3.50, while junior high and high school rates rise slightly (from $1.85 to $2 for breakfast and $3.65 to $3.90 for lunch).
