Illinois Insurance Director Ann Gillespie said Get Covered Illinois now offers over 1,100 health plans for the 2026 open enrollment period from Nov 1 to Jan 15.
She warned that ending enhanced tax credits under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act will raise premiums, which may force some residents to drop their coverage.
