- ➤ Today, the rebuilt I-80 interchange at Richards Street reopens at 5 a.m., but drivers will see closures on Richards Street and overnight ramp and lane closures on I-80 as crews finish work. The project rebuilt Richards Street between Colburn and Fifth avenues + added new noise barrier walls and fixed the bridge over Hickory Creek + with landscaping to be finished in spring. Herald-News
