Meg Loughran Cappel, and Will County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant are hosting the Will County Rescue Rally & Pet Expo today at Clow Stephens Park in Plainfield—featuring pet vendors, food trucks, a pet parade and a pet-themed story walk where local pet owners can enjoy the free event and may adopt a new friend.
