Today from 4 to 7 p.m., the state holds a public hearing at the Fossil Ridge Public Library in Braidwood to review track improvements on the Braidwood—Elwood corridor for high-speed rail between Chicago and St. Louis.
The hearing will present an environmental study and let residents give written or spoken comments until Aug. 15.
