- ➤ Plainfield Police Department will host National Night Out tomorrow from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at Settlers’ Park—24401 Lockport St. where free food, music demos, a local business expo, bounce houses, a touch-a-truck and giveaways will invite community members, and the event will run with Cruise Night. - ➤ Families from Kendall, Kane, Will and DuPage counties will hold the 96th annual reunion this Sunday, Aug. 10 at Hudson Crossing Park in Oswego—road closures will affect North Adams Street and Jackson Street, with parking available at the park and at the nearby garage.
