Will County government will pay $2.75 million to settle a federal lawsuit from the family of Gregory Walker, a Crest Hill man who took hostages at a Romeoville bank on May 10th, 2022 and was fatally shot by Lt. John Allen + a special grand jury did not charge the officer.
