10 meeting at Ira Jones Middle School where school leaders updated residents on plans for facility upgrades, enrollment boundary changes, and academic improvements; they invited community input to guide future actions.

Illinois American Water filed a request with the Illinois Commerce Commission on Tuesday to raise water and wastewater rates to support $577 million in system improvements such as pipeline replacements and treatment upgrades.
